Wausau Woodchucks

The Woodchucks have been lighting up the Northwoods League since 1994. Playing in the Great Lakes Conference–West, they've clinched league titles twice (2001, 2003) and continue to showcase top collegiate talent.

  • Historic Athletic Park: Built in 1936 and meticulously renovated (2014–16), the stadium is a historic gem with stone walls, premium group areas, and a capacity of around 3,850 people

  • Local Impact: Beyond games, the team operates a Host Family Program that fosters lasting bonds between college players and Wausau families

Whether chasing walk-off thrills or just soaking in small-town summer vibes, the Woodchucks uphold baseball tradition at its finest.
