All singles capped at 9 per division
All Gender Doubles (non senior) capped at 9 teams (or 18 players)
All Mixed Doubles (non senior) capped at 18 teams or 36 players
All Matches will be DUPR events so it is required all registrants must be registered on DUPR with WTC as one of their clubs.
All athletes MUST sign the Badger State Games athlete waiver form during online registration or on the printable registration form.

Playing Surface: Hardcourt Tennis Surface
Format of Play: Format may vary between divisions and levels depending on number of teams entered. Round robin or draw (best 2 out of 3) will be used.
Any cancelations or refunds will be charged a $5 service fee.
