Results of Virtual Shoot 2021 Badger State Games

Below is the information for the Virtual NASP Badger State Games.  We have not used the virtual tournament part of the software, so if we find out shooter numbers will not need to be assigned, we will leave the registration open longer so changes can be made by coaches.  Here is our best thoughts as of now.  We will be happy to pass on what we learn to any coaches that are interested.

As you begin registration, please email Kris Schumacher the following: 1) the name and mailing address of the coach we should mail scorecards to.  2) name and email address of coach for emailing shooter numbers to.  3) an estimate of the number of shooters if more than a few different than what are registered by January 2nd (for the mailing that will go out on that Monday.

Blank scorecards will be mailed out Monday, January 4th, 2021.  (We plan to mail out 2021 BSG Stickers for participants with the blank scorecards)  I plan to send a few extra scorecards and stickers to help cover some additions for after January 3rd.

If you would like us to provide paper target faces, please contact us, we would rather not have to mail them.

Online Registration will close Friday, January 8th.

Shooter numbers will be emailed on Saturday, January 9th.

After January 8th, changes to shooters can be made by emailing up until Saturday, January 16th

Scoring rounds from January 9th to January 16th

Completed scorecards, final payment (for completed scorecards), and any unused scorecords need to be in the mail for return by Monday, January 18th.  Please email me when you have put the scorecards in the mail so I can watch for them.

Payments will be to:  Wausau West Archery Club, 1200 W. Wausau Ave., Wausau, WI 54401

Payments and scorecards will be mailed to me, so they have less chance of getting slowed down in our school mail: Kristopher Schumacher, 235619 N. 108th Ave., Wausau, WI 54401

Final scores will be posted/finalized the following week once the scorecards are all received.

Teams:  1st and 2nd place High School, 1st and 2nd place Middle School, 1st place Elementary

Individuals:  1st - 3rd boys and girls by High School, Middle School, and Elementary

One of the coaches asked about scanning and emailing the scores.  We decided we will provide envelopes with paid postage to return the scorecards and payments.  Then if there are any questions, we will have the scorecards in hand.

If you have questions, please let me know.  Like I said earlier, if anyone wants info about what we learned, let me know and I will pass it out.  I wish you all the best this season!
