One of the best features is that you can get your team registered, and reserve your spot in the tournament, without having your roster finalized. You can log back into the registration portal and update your roster up to 24 hrs. prior to the start of the tournament. This will help to streamline the check in process with accurate rosters and make sure you get a spot in the tournament! (Final rosters are due when checking in.)

TOURNAMENT AND ENTRY DETAILS:
Team Entry Fee is $400, registration closes Dec. 1st.
$425, registration closes Dec. 30th.(Entire Team Entry Fee must be paid at time of registration.)
- All tournament participants receive a commemorative gift and the team receives a gift (case of beer). A tournament raffle will take place Saturday night at 6 PM.
- Team Trophy and Leienkugel's hockey jerseys will be awarded to the championship team from each division.
- All players must be at least 18 years of age by the start date of the tournament. Also, please see age requirements for specific divisions. A picture ID will be required at check-in and could be checked throughout the event.
- Each team is guaranteed three games during round robin play, 4 total. Teams can expect one game Friday and two on Saturday. Games will begin on Friday, January 13th at approximately 5:00PM. Please make travel plans accordingly; no schedule requests will be accepted.
ENTRY IS FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED! Entries will be accepted until divisions are full. Final rosters are due by January 10th, 2017.
Teams will be placed into the division they sign up for.

TOURNAMENT GAME FORMAT:
This tournament is a 4 on 4 round robin event. Rink dimensions are approximately 150’ X 75’.
Each team will play three round robin games within their division.
Regulation Win = 3 pts, Overtime Win = 2 pts, Overtime Loss = 1 pt, Regulation Loss = 0 pts.
Each division will have a championship game and semi-finals if necessary.
All games are 30 minutes in length consisting of two 15 minute run time halves with a 2 minute warm-up before each game.
Round robin games that end in a tie will result in a sudden death overtime period. The first team to score wins.
Playoff round games (quarter-final, semi-final and championships) that end in a tie will be decided by a 5-minute run time overtime period. The team that scores the most goals during that time will be the winner. If still tied, 5-minute run time periods will continue, where the team that scores the most goals during that period wins; until a winner is determined with one minute breaks in between each period.
A minimum of four teams is required to run a division. The maximum number of teams per division will be determined by the number of teams entered in the overall event.
Pool play in determining the winner of a pool, or the highest seed will be determined by total points, if tied the first tie breaker is goals against, and second is goals for.
